Private message or approval message receive but nothing is in my control panel
This may be caused by your browser not checking to see if a web page has been changed since the last time you viewed it. Try clicking in the right pane and then click Reload or Refresh while trying to view private or approval messages. This same issue may also appear while trying to view your guestbook.
You can also set your browser to always check for updated web pages by clicking on "Tools - Internet Options". Then click the Browser History settings button. Then set the "Everytime I visit the web page" option. Click ok until all popup windows close.
