I wrote the song Grace with Stacy Pushkar. I just did a search for Stacy and I found your site. Not a surprise that I love a lot of the singers you feature. I still love Kate Bush's first 4 or so albums. We have long broke up but Stacy has some really good kids music cds produced by her husband John, who also produced our "july" cd.

Last spring I watched a PBS Great Performances
special featuring Jackie Evancho; the young classical-crossover singer. Completely swept me
away.

Was just thinking it would be great if she had
some exposure to Kate and the other artists on
your list; instead of just the Gaga-esqe wierdness
so many young girls are fond of nowdays.

Hi! I've been intoxicated by the voice of French chanteuse Nolwenn Leroy for years... attended concerts and was fortunate to spend some personal time with her. She's gorgeous, charismatic, yet a tremendous person, charming and generous, and has the most beautiful voice I've ever heard.. and she can interpret. She appreciates Kate Bush, Tori Amos,Eva Cassidy, etc. and has performed marvelous covers - including "Running up that Hill" this last tour, as well as "Crucify", "Angel" & "Fields of Gold" . She finished high school in the States, and would like nothing better than to perform here. Seriously, I can't stop listening to this voice, it's truly unique (her timbre is extraordinary)... and haunting. So I hope you enjoy. Thanks for the listen.
