Hi, Chris. I've seen you on the Alfa See Ya Yahoo Groups List. Decided tonight to take a look at your website. Very interesting. I look forward to reading further when I have more time.
Warm Regards,

Wondering what a typical budget , one would set aside for sailing the carribean---one if you did it year round and then another with the 2 breakdowns you did later i.e. sailing in november for 6 months and living in states the other 6.
Followed and read your stories from troprockin.com and then to moonsail.com--great info.... and has me inspired and dreaming.

Ahoy,
We met you at the Full Moon party in Trellis Bay at the cyber cafe and Barb gave me your card. We had met D at the Peace and Love resturant at Little Harbor a few days prior. We went to Great Harbor first but no balls available so we bailed for the overflow lot in Little Harbor. It is nice reading your adventures and how you got started as a cruiser. My wife and I are working up the courage to do the same thing, moving up from our lake sailing on a 26 footer to something more. Started looking at the boat listings to see what is out there. I am planning on retiring in about 5 years and we want to get something now to make a dent in the cost before the job goes away. I work in NJ so hope to find a marina on the Hudson to be able to use the boat and learn the ropes.
Anyway, I hope you continue to update your site and I'll be watching for your new adventures.
